1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one GT99 account. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including attempting to claim welcome bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. GT99 uses this information to verify your identity and to process payments. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • GT99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

  • GT99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

GT99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid national ID card and proof of your registered payment method. The verification process is straightforward and is completed once — after that, your account remains verified permanently unless your details change.

4. Deposits and Payments

GT99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, local bank transfer, and debit card. All deposits are processed instantly. GT99 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • GT99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

BDT Only: GT99 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees and no international transfer complications. What you deposit is what appears in your account balance.

GT99 monitors all deposit activity for signs of money laundering or other financial crime. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended pending investigation. GT99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. GT99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name. Verified accounts receive withdrawals in under 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.
  • GT99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside GT99's control.
  • Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may take slightly longer to process, though GT99 aims to maintain the 15-minute standard at all times.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.

7. Gameplay Rules

9. Privacy and Data
